After what was initially a smooth adjustment, Cricket began to manifest aggressive tendencies.
"Jaws" ... as we began to call her ... bit me twice and sadly "drew blood" on one occasion. We almost relinquished ownership
back to Save-A-Dog ... BUT we decided to give her one more chance!
After a few visits to our local vet to clear up some stomach issues we found she had and several
visits with a behaviorist, she is once again a happy member of our household.
Cricket will ALWAYS retain the scars left by the less than desirable life she led before she
found her way to our home. But with proper discipline, consistency, love, and understanding, she will be a member of our family
for what we hope to be a long, long time!
